Morocco's OCP sets talk at 6% area for about $1 billion 10-year notes

Atlanta, April 15 - Morocco's Office Cherifien de Phosphate (OCP) set talk in the 6% area for its upcoming issue of about $1 billion of notes due in 10 years (expected rating: //BBB-), a market source said.

The proceeds will be used to fund the company's expenditure program and for general corporate purposes.

OCP is a phosphate exporter based in Casablanca.
