Odyssey HealthCare repays credit facility with purchase by Gentiva

New York, Aug. 18 - Odyssey HealthCare Inc. repaid and terminated its credit facility on Aug. 17, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.

The repayment was made in connection with the acquisition of the company by Gentiva Health Services Inc.

Odyssey is a Dallas-based provider of hospice care.
