Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 14 - Odyssey Energy Ltd. said it has completed a A$4 million private placement of shares.
The company sold 10 million shares at A$0.40 per share.
Proceeds will be used development and additional working capital.
Located in Perth, Western Australia, Odyssey is an oil and natural gas exploration company.
