S&P: Odeon & UCI negative

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Odeon & UCI Cinemas Group Ltd. to negative from stable.

At the same time, the agency affirmed its B long-term corporate credit rating on the company.

The agency said the outlook revision reflects its view that the weaker performance of the first and third quarters of 2012 points to a weakening of Odeon's business risk profile.

The agency also said it still views the company's business risk profile as fair and expects credit ratios to deteriorate in 2012.
