OCZ Technology three-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Dec. 12 - OCZ Technology Group, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Thursday by Region 3 U.S. trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Dav Pevonka of RR Donnelley of Warrenville, Ill.; Ronald Harris of Advanced MP Technology, Inc. of San Clemente, Calif.; and Dennis Losik of Avnet Asia Pte. Ltd. of Lorong Chuan, Singapore.

OCZ, a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based producer of computer memory and components, filed bankruptcy on Dec. 2. The Chapter 11 case number is 13-13126.
