Ocwen Financial looks to amend senior secured term loan

Madison, Wis., April 14 – Ocwen Financial Corp. is considering a potential amendment to its senior secured term loan, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company released a lender update in Tuesday’s 8-K.

Based in Atlanta, Ocwen provides mortgage loans and loan modification services throughout the United States, India and the Philippines.
