Knoxville, Tenn., July 28 - Oculus Innovative Sciences, Inc. plans a $4.66 million registered direct offering of units, according to a prospectus filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company is selling up to 1.9 million units at $2.45 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and a half-share warrant.
Each whole warrant is exercisable at $3.3875 for five years.
Dawson James Securities is the agent.
Proceeds will be used for working capital.
Petaluma, Calif.-based Oculus develops and markets products for the prevention and elimination of infection in chronic and acute wounds.
