Octus secures $5 million reserve equity financing facility with AGS

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 7 - Octus, Inc. said it arranged a $5 million reserve equity financing facility with AGS Capital Group.

Based in Davis, Calif., Octus develops and delivers smart, energy-efficient technologies.
