OCI gives conditional notice of redemption for 6 5/8% senior notes

Chicago, Sept. 8 – OCI NV announced that it has given a conditional redemption notice to holders of its $650 million 6 5/8% senior notes due 2023, according to a press release.

The redemption date is expected to be Oct. 15. The notes will be redeemed at 103.3125 plus interest to, but not including, the redemption date.

The redemption is dependent upon the receipt of necessary funds to pay for the redemption from additional funding.

OCI is a Netherlands-based producer of fertilizers and chemicals.
