Moody's may up Ocean Spray

Moody's Investors Service said it put Ocean Spray and Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc.'s Ba1 corporate family and probability-of-default ratings under review for upgrade.

Also under review is the series A preferred stock rating at Ba3 (LGD6, 100%).

Ocean Spray improved performance over the past several years by cutting costs, investing in infrastructure and marketing, and nurturing products with growth potential, according to the agency.
