By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 11 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $536,000 of 14.25% autocallable yield notes due Sept. 16, 2024 linked to the lesser performing of the common stocks of Devon Energy Corp. and Occidental Petroleum Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be automatically called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial share price on any quarterly autocall observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either stock finishes below its knock-in level, 50% of its initial share price, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the lesser performing stock’s decline from its initial share price.
