Obrascon Huarte Lain repurchases €20 million of 7 5/8% notes due 2020

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 29 – Obrascon Huarte Lain, SA repurchased €20 million principal amount of its 7 5/8% senior notes due 2020, according to a company filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The repurchased notes will be canceled.

Following this repurchase, €187,079,000 of the bonds remain outstanding.

The company said it may repurchase more of the bonds.

As reported on Sept. 28, the company bought back €23.28 million of the notes.

Obrascon Huarte Lain is a Madrid-based construction and engineering company.
