Obrascon buys back €23.28 million more 7 5/8% senior notes due 2020

Chicago, Sept. 28 – Obrascon Huarte Lain, SA bought back another €23.28 million of its €300 million 7 5/8% senior notes due 2020.

After the repurchase, €207,079,000 of notes remain outstanding, according to a company notice.

The company said earlier this year on March 4 that investors had tendered €32,058,000 of the 7 5/8% notes and that it accepted all of the tendered notes for purchase at 98% of par.

Before that, on Oct. 29, the company said it accepted tenders for €37,583,000 of the 7 5/8% notes at a purchase price of 104 in a cash offer for up to €303 million of three series of notes.

Obrascon Huarte Lain is a Madrid, Spain-based construction and engineering company.
