Moody's assigns Obrascon Huarte notes Ba2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive Ba2 rating with a loss given default assessment of 3 to Obrascon Huarte Lain SA's €300 million worth of senior notes due 2020.

The company's Ba2 corporate family rating and probability of default rating, as well as the ratings on its existing senior unsecured debt instruments, remain unchanged.

The outlook is negative.

Moody's said the rating reflects the notes' senior unsecured status and pari-passu ranking with a large majority of Obrascon Huarte's existing and future obligations, including its existing senior unsecured notes.
