Moody's: Obrascon negative

Moody's Investors Service said it confirmed the Ba2 corporate family rating, probability of default rating (PDR) and senior unsecured debt instruments ratings of Obrascon Huarte Lain SA.

Concurrently, Moody's assigned a negative outlook to the ratings.

Moody's said the negative outlook on Obrascon's rating reflects the challenging macroeconomic environment affecting Spain, where the company is domiciled.
