France's Oberthur Technologies expected to bring €200 million notes offer in week ahead

Portland, Ore., Sept. 25 - France's Oberthur Technologies is expected to bring about €200 million of seven-year notes to the market during the Sept. 30 week, according to a market source.

Goldman Sachs is expected to lead the deal.

The Paris-based manufacturer of chip-based digital authentication products for the payment and telecommunications industries plans to use the proceeds, along with €275 million and a €165 million of new term loans, to refinance debt.
