Oakmark Equity and Income Fund retains McGregor, drops Studzinski

San Diego, Dec. 29 - The Oakmark Equity and Income Fund announced that Edward Studzinski will no longer be a portfolio manager of the fund as of Dec. 31, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Clyde S. McGregor, who has managed the fund since its inception, will continue as the portfolio manager.
The fund's investment adviser is Chicago-based Harris Associates LP.
