Oakland, Calif., coordinates $159 million sale of TRANs for Wednesday

New York, June 4 – The City of Oakland, Calif., is scheduled to price $159 million of series 2015-2016 tax and revenue anticipation notes on Wednesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes (MIG1/SP-1+/) will be sold competitively with Public Financial Management Inc. as the financial adviser.

The deal includes $49,365,000 of series 2015A notes and $109,635,000 of series 2015B notes.

Both notes are due June 30, 2016.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital expenditures for the coming fiscal year.
