Oakland, Calif., plans $55 million tax and revenue anticipation notes

New York, June 27 – The City of Oakland, Calif., is scheduled to price $55 million of series 2014-2015 tax and revenue anticipation notes on July 9, according to a preliminary official statement.
The notes (MIG1/SP-1+/) will be sold competitively with First Southwest Co. as the financial adviser.
The notes are due June 30, 2015.
Proceeds will be used to finance seasonal cash flow requirements for the city.
