Aristotle/Saul Opportunity Fund launches with class I shares

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, March 30 - Investment Managers Series Trust announced it is launching the Aristotle/Saul Opportunity Fund, according to an N-1A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund's class I shares will trade under the symbol "ARSOX."

The new fund seeks to maximize long-term capital appreciation and income. It will seek attractive risk-adjusted returns by investing in securities trading at significant discounts to their fair value, including equities listed on an exchange, fixed-income securities, convertible securities, unlisted equity securities and exchange-traded funds.

Howard Gleicher is the portfolio manager.

Shareholder fees consist solely of a 1% redemption fee applied to shares redeemed within 30 days of purchase. Management fees run 0.9%, with total annual fund operating expenses expected at 1.25%.

Los Angeles-based Aristotle Capital Management, LLC is the investment adviser.
