Chicago, March 21 – NWS Holdings Ltd. issued RMB 100 million of 3.55% green notes due 2027, according to a notice.
The issue price was par.
Proceeds will be used for capital expenditures, repayment of principal and interest-bearing liabilities and to replenish working capital of logistics green warehousing projects.
Hong Kong-based NWS Holdings operates businesses in infrastructure, facilities rental, construction-related contracting and public transport. The issuer is incorporated in Bermuda.
