Columbus, Ohio, May 10 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.52 million of 17% buffer yield notes due April 30, 2025 linked to the lesser performing of the stocks of Tesla, Inc., Nvidia Corp. and Trade Desk, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is paid monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the worst performing stock falls by more than 20%, in which case investors will have exposure to the losses of the worst performer beyond 20%
