Chicago, March 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.41 million of autocallable yield notes due April 15, 2024 linked to the common stock of Nvidia Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically at par starting Sept. 11, 2023 if the price of the underlying stock is greater than or equal to its initial price and on any subsequent monthly review date.
Investors will receive a coupon of 15.25%, paid monthly.
If the stock gains or ends above its 63% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
