Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $15.5 million of cash-settled equity-linked notes due Feb. 7, 2028 linked to a basket of stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket includes the stocks of Meta Platforms, Inc. (30% weight), Amazon.com, Inc. (30% weight), Walt Disney Co. (15% weight), Lam Research Corp. (15% weight) and Nvidia Corp. (10% weight).
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
Interest will be 0.125% per year, payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the averaging price of the underlying basket is above its 116.75% exchange price, in which case it will be the cash amount, which is the exchange ratio multiplied by the averaging price. The exchange ratio is $1,000 divided by the 116.75% exchange price.
The averaging price will be the arithmetic average of the closing price on three trading days close to the maturity date.
