Olympia, Wash., April 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.13 million of 8% autocallable yield notes due April 28, 2021 linked to the worst performing of the common stocks of Amazon.com, Inc., Nvidia Corp. and Microsoft Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest will be payable quarterly.
The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date other than the final date.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its buffer level, 65% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1.53846% for every 1% decline of the least performing stock beyond the buffer level.
