Moody's gives Aricent loans Ba3, B3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B2 corporate family rating and a B2-PD probability of default rating to Aricent Technologies.

Concurrently, the agency assigned Ba3 ratings to the proposed $75 million senior secured revolving credit facility due 2019 and $480 million first-lien term loan due 2021 and a B3 rating to the proposed $195 million second-lien term loan due 2022.

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds from the financing will primarily be used to repay existing debt.
