St. Louis, March 13 - Nutreco Holdings NV privately placed an upsized $150 million issue of non-callable senior notes in three tranches, according to a market source.
The five-year, seven-year and 10-year notes all priced at 525 basis points spreads to respective Treasuries. That spread was at the wide end of the 500 bps to 525 bps price talk.
The National Association of Insurance Commissioners assigns a risk rating of 2 to the company.
RBS Greenwich Capital was the placement agent.
Nutreco is a Netherlands-based animal and fish feed company.
