Moody's rates Nuance notes B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive B2 instrument rating with a loss given default of LGD4 to the €200 million of senior secured notes due 2019 issued by Stampos BV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nuance Group AG, following the successful execution of the group's refinancing and review of the final credit documentation.

The B2 corporate family rating, B2-PD probability of default rating and the stable outlook on all ratings remain unchanged.

Moody's said the B2 rating (LGD4) assigned to the notes, at the same level as the corporate family rating, reflects their positioning within the debt capital structure, but also the relatively weak guarantee structure for the notes.
