Novatek talks $1 billion 10-year notes at Treasuries plus 285 bps

Atlanta, Dec. 7 - Russia's OAO Novatek set price talk for its $1 billion offering of 10-year notes at Treasuries plus 285 basis points, a market source said.

No other details were immediately available on Friday.

Novatek is an independent gas producer based in Tarko-Sale, Russia.
