By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Jan. 26 - Russia's OAO Novatek whispered both of its planned dollar-denominated, benchmark-sized five- and 10-year notes (//BBB-) at mid-swaps plus the low- to mid-300 basis points area, a market source said Wednesday.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup and RBS are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, which is expected to price this week.

Novatek is an independent gas producer based in Tarko-Sale, Russia.
