Fitch rates ARG Housing B(ind)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned ARG Housing Pvt. Ltd. a national long-term rating of B(ind).

The outlook is stable.

Ratings benefit from the more than two-decade-long track record of the ARG Group as a real estate developer and the fast pace of development in both of ARG Developers' projects, according to the agency.

Ratings also reflect the group's small size of operations and the inferior location of the ARG Puram project, the agency noted.
