Fitch rates Nova Ljubljanska notes AA

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Nova Ljubljanska Banka's long-term issuer default rating at A- and short-term issuer default rating at F2. The bank's individual rating was affirmed at C, support rating at 1 and support floor at A-.

The agency said it assigned an expected rating of AA to the bank's upcoming issue of guaranteed notes. The notes benefit from a guarantee provided by the Republic of Slovenia (AA/stable).

The outlook is stable.
