Argentoil calls off $6 million notes offering, cites market conditions

Pittsburgh, Sept. 10 - Argentoil SA has decided not to move forward with its offering of up to $6 million series I fixed-rate notes due 2012 because of market conditions, according to a news release.

The company reserved the right to start a new notes offering.

Argentoil is a Buenos Aires manufacturer of high-pressure cylinders.
