Moody's rates NOTA-Bank B3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned NOTA-Bank a bank financial strength rating of E+, mapping to a baseline credit assessment of B3, and long-term and short-term local- and foreign-currency deposit ratings of B3/not-prime. The agency said it also assigned it a long-term national scale rating of Baa2.ru.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings reflect the bank's satisfactory financial fundamentals, particularly its liquidity profile, profitability and capitalization, Moody's said.

The ratings are constrained by the bank's still narrow franchise, whereby it still ranks 111th among Russian financial institutions by total assets, Moody's said.
