Argentina guides benchmark euro notes due 2022 at 4 3/8% area, notes due 2027 at 5½% area

Atlanta, Oct. 5 – Argentina set talk for a two-tranche offering of benchmark-sized and euro-denominated notes due in 2022 and 2027 (expected ratings: B3/B-/), a market source said.

The euro benchmark notes due Jan. 15, 2022 were talked in the 4 3/8% area.

The euro benchmark notes due Jan. 15, 2027 were talked in the 5½% area.

BBVA, BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The proceeds will be used for general governmental purposes.
