OCM Opportunities Fund IV resigns from NorthWestern's unsecured creditor's committee

Washington, July 27 - OCM Opportunities Fund IV LP resigned from NorthWestern Corp.'s committee of unsecured creditors on July 19, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

No reason was given for the resignation.

The committee's membership now includes: Eric Yip of Franklin Templeton Mutual Series Fund, Sandra Ortiz of Wilmington Trust Co., Robert Conrad of HSBC Bank USA, John Barrett of Avenue Capital Management, Thomas Fuller of AG Capital Recovery Partners III LP.

NorthWestern, a Sioux Falls, S.D. utility, filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 14, 2003. Its Chapter 11 case number is 03-12872.
