Argentex Mining cancels C$20 million placement of equity units

Best-efforts offering priced May 26, cancelled due to market turmoil

Knoxville, Tenn., June 15 - Argentex Mining Corp. cancelled a C$20 million private placement of units on June 13, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The best-efforts offering priced May 26, and the company decided to revise its plans in light of recent market turmoil.

Argentex is a mineral resource company based in Vancouver, B.C.
