Lehman Commercial Paper buys $46.3 million claim against Northwest Airlines

Pittsburgh, July 18 - Lehman Commercial Paper Inc. bought U.S. Bank, NA's $46.3 million claim against Northwest Airlines Corp., according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Northwest, an Eagan, Minn.-based airline, filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 14, 2005. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-17930.
