Fitch gives Northern States Power bonds A+
Fitch Ratings said it assigned an A+ rating to Northern States Power Co. Wisconsin's $100 million issuance of 3.05% first mortgage bonds due May 1, 2051.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of short-term debt borrowings.
The FMBs will rank equally with NSP Wisconsin's other senior secured obligations.
