Marketing launched for Ares Management's €300 million European CLO VI

Tupelo, Miss., May 23 - Marketing for Ares Management LLC's estimated €300 million Ares European CLO VI Ltd. has been launched, an informed source said on Thursday.

The deal is in the early stages, and the debt has not been launched yet. Pricing is softly targeted for late June.

Credit Suisse Group AG is the placement agent.

Ares Management last sold a CLO in Europe in 2007.

The asset management and investment advisement firm is based in Los Angeles.
