Nortek to refinance notes with $250 million add-on term loan B

New York, March 24 – Nortek Inc. intends to use its proposed $250 million add-on term loan B to refinance 10% notes, according to a market source.

As previously reported, the add-on loan will launch with a call on Wednesday.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the left lead on the deal.

Nortek is a Providence, R.I.-based manufacturer of air management and technology-driven products and solutions for residential and commercial applications.
