New Issue: Nordic Mining sells NOK 20 million of stock through private placement

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 5 - Nordic Mining ASA said it took in NOK 20 million in a private placement of shares.

The company sold 20 million shares at NOK 1.00 per share.

The private placement was managed by Carnegie ASA.

Proceeds will be used for the development of the Engebø, Keliber and Gudvangen projects.

Nordic is an Oslo, Norway-based mining company.
