Nordic Investment Bank offers five-year global notes talked at SOFR mid-swaps plus 38 bps area

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 31 – Nordic Investment Bank is on deck Wednesday with an offering of five-year global notes with initial talk in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 38 basis points area, according to a market source.

The notes will mature Sept. 8, 2027.

Credit Agricole, HSBC, JPMorgan and TD Securities are the bookrunners.

Nordic Investment Bank is an international financial institution owned by Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden.
