Nordenia to start roadshow Tuesday for €280 million seven-year notes

St. Louis, June 28 - Nordenia International AG will begin a roadshow on Tuesday for its €280 million offering of seven-year senior second-priority notes (B2/B), according to market sources.

Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank Securities are managing the sale.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

The prospective issuer is a Greven, Germany-based packaging company.
