Nomura Holdings pricing three-year notes in two tranches Wednesday

New York, March 6 - Nomura Holdings, Inc. is in the market Wednesday with an offering of long three-year notes (Baa3/BBB+/BBB) in two tranches, a market source said.

The offering includes a tranche with a floating-rate coupon and one with a fixed-rate coupon.

Nomura Securities International Inc. is the bookrunner.

Nomura was last in the U.S. bond market with a $1.25 billion sale of five-year notes on Jan. 12, 2011.

The financial holding company is based in Tokyo.
