Moody's rates Nomura notes Baa2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Baa2 ratings to the senior notes issued by Nomura Holdings, Inc., including its $1.5 billion senior notes due on March 4, 2015 and $1.5 billion senior notes due March 4, 2020.

The outlook is stable.
