Atlanta, April 19 - Russia's OAO Nomos-Bank priced a $500 million issue of 7 ¼% notes due 2018 (Ba3//BB) at par to yield 7¼%, according to a company announcement.
The notes were talked at a yield in the low-7% area.
Citigroup, JPMorgan and VTB Capital were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
Nomos-Bank is a Moscow-based lender.
