Noble buys back $31.61 million 6¾% notes, $1 million 3 5/8% notes

Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 27 – Noble Group Ltd. repurchased $31,611,000 principal amount of its 6¾% senior notes due 2020 and $1 million principal amount of its 3 5/8% notes due 2018, according to a company notice.

The redemption amounts represent 2.62% of the outstanding 6¾% notes and 0.26% of the outstanding 3 5/8% notes.

The repurchased notes were scheduled to be canceled on Jan. 28, leaving $1,176,920,000 of 6¾% notes and $379 million of 3 5/8% notes outstanding.

Noble Group is a Hong Kong-based conglomerate that focuses on raw materials.
