China’s Noble plans dollar-denominated perpetual capital securities

Madison, Wis., June 16 – Noble Group Ltd. said it plans to issue dollar-denominated perpetual capital securities.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, HSBC, JPMorgan and Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking will be the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.

The company plans to use the proceeds to redeem its 8½% perpetual capital securities issued in November 2010 and for general corporate purposes.

Noble Group is a Hong Kong-based conglomerate that focuses on raw materials.
