Moody's: Noble Group view negative

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the Baa3 issuer rating for Noble Group Ltd.

The outlook has been changed from negative to stable.

"The change in outlook follows the announcement of Noble's 2012 financial results, which showed continued deleveraging efforts and the maintenance of a strong liquidity profile," Moody's senior vice president Laura Acres said in a news release.
